nIf you are a member and you are interested in signing a Friendsville Group Lease with Fortuna, you need to first send Fortuna a Letter of Intent (LOI) by 5pm on Wednesday 16Sep09.

nIf you turned in an LOI at the 12Sep09 Group meeting, you have completed this step.

nTake a Copy of the Group Lease to your attorney for review.
nThe next steps toward Lease Signing are:
¨1. Call the Fortuna Good Neighbor Hot Line at 866-566-4747 to schedule an appointment for Lease Signing.
¨2. Signing Appointments will be on Saturday 26Sep09 and Sunday 27Sep09 at the Neumann Hall in Choconut, PA. 
¨3. All names on the parcel Deed need to sign the Lease.
¨4. If out-of-town people can not attend, arrange with Fortuna to mail the Lease copy to them for signing.
¨5. Take with you parcel numbers, personal identification, contact information, and the person/location to where you want payments sent.

nAfter signing, Fortuna will do title search and administrate paperwork in the order of lease signing.  First come first served.

nPayments will arrive in the mail 40-90 days after signing in the order of Lease signing.
n
nIf you would like to take payment in 2010 or split payments between 2009 and 2010, tell Fortuna when you sign the Lease.
