Friendsville Group Status
It has been 5 weeks since we announced the Friendsville Group Deal with Fortuna. Fortuna has signed about 25K Member acres and another 6K add-on acres for a total of 31K so far. We are in the process of getting a list of Members that Fortuna has not been able to contact so that we can go looking for people. Of our total 35K Group acreage, we have about 8300 acres in PA that is still in pending status, please notify your neighbors if you know people in the Friendsville Group Area of Bradford and Susquehanna County who have not signed a Gas Lease and would like to sign the Friendsville Group Lease with Fortuna.
Fortuna has finished Title on over 200 parcels and is now working on setting up the internal accounts to make payments on those. ETA for the first payments is early in November. They are doing Title search and payment in the order that people signed leases.
