Friendsville Group Status Update

Payment Status:
Fortuna has mailed out over 275 payments to landowners so far. Except for problem leases or titles that need work to clear, Fortuna plans to have all payments made within the 90 day window from the lease signing date.
Seismic Status:
Many of you have been approached by PGS On-Shore about a seismic survey being done for Fortuna and other gas companies. The Core Team has asked Fortuna and PGS On-Shore to write an addendum to reword the Seismic agreement that PGS On-Shore has offered. Once we have a Seismic Addendum that is agreeable to our Oil and Gas Attorney and Fortuna/PGS, we will post it here on this website. In the meantime, we recommend that you hold off on signing the PGS On-Shore agreement until you get paid by Fortuna and have the revised Seismic Agreement Addendum.
