We have ironed out the confusion over different versions of Seismic Agreements with PGS On-Shore. Apparently in the period of time where the Friendsville Group was working out the language of the Seismic Agreement, Landowners may have been provided alternate versions of PGS On-Shores' documents.
The words from PGS On-Shore are:
"The permit and addendum posted on the website is correct and the one we have agreed to and will use. If someone has an agreement that does not match it, please have them print the one from the website."
Compare whatever Seismic documents you are presented with those on the left hand column of the Friendsville Group website. If they are not the same, question whomever is representing PGS On-Shore and only sign the website version. Agreeing to allow Fortuna or their agents (PGS On-Shore in this case) to conduct Seismic on your property, with the right agreement documents, is part of the requirements of the Friendsville Group Lease that we signed.
Thanks,
The Core Team
